I spent a large portion of last night filming some video content for the blog. I won’t go into too much detail about what I was filming, I want there to be some surprise when I (hopefully) release it tomorrow. Currently I’m sitting on an hour of footage and am looking to cut that down to about 15 – 20 minutes so it’s easier to consume. I also need to strip the audio out, not having my own space is really hurting me when it comes to creating content. The current recording has my kids fighting in the background, music being played loud and me getting frustrated with the whole situation.
I’ve taken a couple of days off work to complete the audio recording but I’m also thinking that maybe I could just play some music over the footage instead. I’m not really sure what I want this content to be. Trying to produce something like this, hobbying while also looking through a camera lens, really makes me appreciate the content that is already out there more.
Hopefully by Thursday I have the first of what will be many videos. I have created a dedicated YouTube channel for this which you can find here.
